Morning Energising Green Tea

Ingredients:
- 2 tsps Green tea/1 mug
- A slice of fresh lemon
- Piece Cinnamon bark
- Piece Vanilla pod
- Speck Cayenne
Method:
- Add boiling water
- Infuse 5 minutes
- Add 1/2 teaspoon honey to sweeten
Evening Relaxing Chamomile Tea

Ingredients:
- 2 tspns Chamomile/1 mug
- Slice fresh Orange
- Piece Cinnamon bark
- Piece Vanilla pod
Method:
- Add boiling water
- Infuse 5 minutes
- Add 1/2 teaspoon honey to sweeten
Energising Coconut Lentils
Ingredients (serves 4 people):
- 1/2 tin Organic coconut milk
- 1 pack Organic coconum cream
- 1 red onion onion
- 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/3 teaspoon Himalayan salt - A few slices fresh ginger root (to pleasure)
Sprinkle fresh Coriander leaves - 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- 200grams of boiled brown lentils
Method:
- Use enough coconut cream to gently cook the red onion until soft
- Pour 1/2 tin coconut milk into a pan
- Add the Turmeric, Coriander and Cumin powders, the sliced fresh ginger and peeled clove of garlic and salt, stir and simmer for one minute
- Add the boiled lentils, stir and simmer covered by a lid for a couple of minutes
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh Coriander
- Serve with boiled Basmati rice
P.S. The lentils can be replaced by Salmon
